Come on Down.......

.........You're the Next Contestant on The Price Is Right!

It has always been my dream to be on this game show, and now it could happen!! Missy was browsing around online and stumbled upon some tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. But when she found the tickets, they were way out of our price range. A light bulb went off in my head and I said, "Missy, The Price Is Right is in Hollywood! We could go be on The Price Is Right!" So she looked into it and she ended up finding tickets to go to the show!!!!!!!!!

Not only did Missy find tickets to go to The Price Is Right, she found tickets to go be in the audience for The Wheel of Fortune...another favorite game show of mine! Not only will be be able to be in the audience, we will get to tour the building. The great thing about the building is The Wizard of Oz was filmed in the same building that Wheel of Fortune is taped in right now!!! The Wizard of Oz is one of my all time favorite movies!!! Maybe they will have movie props and stuff for me to take pictures of!!!

There are only 25 days left till vacation! It's going to be a BLAST!!!!

Is the yellow brick road yellow because Toto couldn't hold his liquid out in public?

I hate to burst your excitement bubble, but I did read that you can't bring a camera into the wheel of fortune building.
I like Diana's comment...kind of strange though....LOL

Oh now I'm REALLY jealous! Now you need to make really cool t-shirts so maybe you'll have better odds of getting picked on the Price is Right. Maybe, "Please pick Trish so she'll get her wish" or "I came all the way from Ohio to be on this show".

Ok the real question is: Will you kiss drew carey if you get picked? j/k
I bet you will have an awesome trip and I will be stalking you on the price is right episode that you are on...I will record it and use the slow motion button until I find you and Missy in the crowd...ok so maybe I won't do all of that but I will totally look for you in the crowd

My friend and I were recently discussing about the prevalence of technology in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory becomes cheaper, the possibility of downloading our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I dream about almost every day.
